Meet
Floyd
Floyd is quite the trooper! He was originally found abandoned with a bum leg. His owner took him in and has given him a pleasant second chance at life. The assumption is the band on his leg was tampered with and he was left injured and abandoned. His bad leg does NOT affect his activity level though. He loves exploring his whole cage, bathes himself daily, and tinkers with his mirror admiring himself. He is quite skittish and timid when it comes time to leave his cage... in fact, he'll just head back to his cage. He's a little picky, so one nearby window open is okay... but not two. Watch a movie too loud or let the dogs bark too long? He'll express his displeasure. He could thrive in a new environment though and with a little extra attention... or just enjoy his quiet peeps and beautiful colors!
*** This bird is currently on our Waitlist and is with their current owner. It may be possible to visit and adopt this bird prior to it being moved to a foster home.
