Wait List
Meet
Rose
*** This bird is currently on our Waitlist and is with their current owner. It may be possible to visit and adopt this bird prior to it being moved to a foster home. Please keep in mind that birds on the Waitlist may not have had a veterinary visit. Their owners may or may not be caring for the bird at EBR minimum standards of care.***
Rose is a green wing macaw.
The owner said: Rose is a great bird. She will bond with a person and when she has a good relationship with you, you can pet her, pick her up and groom her. She says hello, hi, what’s up, good bird and sometimes I love you bird. She loves snacks and wants to see what you are eating to share. She laughs and will sometimes burp. She loves music and dancing. She is more comfortable in her cage or on top of her cage. Over the last year she has changed and no matter what we do she seems unhappy. I would love for her to be somewhere she can thrive and be happy.
